He says that education is the main medium for the country’s progress. There should be no discrimination against anyone on the basis of color, caste, religion, and language. He says that India is his home and its citizens are members of his family. He will do his best to make it better for those who are working to make life beautiful, prosperous and peaceful.
He urges people to contribute to the development of the country and to do their work faithfully to rebuild the cultural life of their people.
